What does fixed price mean?

We know time is money so we’ve made sure the price you’re given is on point!

How can I pay for my car?

We like to make things easy for you by accepting a range of payment methods:

  • Finance – we can help you with this
  • Bank Cheque
  • Direct EFT Cleared Funds Deposit
  • All major credit cards, though some fees and charges may apply (1%+GST on charges over $5000.00)
  • Online – Bpay and bank transfer

We don’t accept cash, personal cheques, bitcoin, shells or bottle caps.

How do I arrange Finance?

Providing you send all relevant information you’ll have an answer within 2hrs*. WOW!
CHA-CHING, now you’re driving!

We exclusively use Toyota Powertorque as our finance partner.

How much is delivery?

We offer nationwide freight at wholesale prices, ask a member of our friendly sales team to provide you with a quote for delivery to your door!

What if I’m not at home?

We’d never leave your new car without an owner, so make sure you’re available at delivery time. Unfortunately you’ll be charged a re-delivery fee if you’re not and your vehicle will go to a holding yard.

Know someone that knows someone that can arrange the transport for you?

No worries! Just let us know in advance.

Can I track the transport of my new car?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number once payment has been cleared.

No questions asked? Are you serious?

Yes we are! If you’re not completely satisfied with your new car you can send it straight back.

When does the 14 day trial start?

The day you receive your new car.

Who will pay for the transport back to Automundo?

That’s on us! Just let us know by 5pm AEST on the 6th day and we’ll arrange to pick it up the next business day. How good is that?

How long will funds take to clear back into my account?

Funds may take up to 3 business days depending on your bank or financial institution.

What happens to my insurance if I return my car?

You will need to keep insurance active until the day we come to pick up the vehicle. Please chat with your insurance provider to ensure there is a cooling off period.

Redbook inspection and Roadworthiness reports

Every car from Automundo has been independently inspected by Redbook Inspect and has passed QLD required roadworthy tests.

Where can I find the Redbook inspection on each vehicle?

Easy! Click the Redbook Inspection link on the vehicle page.

Will my new car be registered?

No, registration is on you but all Automundo cars are sold roadworthy. Please contact your state transport department for further information and any applicable costs.

Can you insure my new car?

Sure can! We have multiple insurance companies that we can team up with you. Just ask our friendly team and they’ll be glad to help.

Will my car be covered if it falls off the back of a truck?

Phew! All vehicle transports come with vehicle transit insurance cover at no cost to you.
